These batteries did come loose in a box, thanks for the warning, but they were in good shape. These batteries are strong and they last a long time. If Dewalt would have supplied these batteries with their tools, I would have never changed companies. I used my drill to frame a shed and I did not have to change batteries on this three day project. Good product and good service.
Just what we were looking for and at a better price we could find locally. Great product and shipping. Definately recommend.
For those that have had trouble with buying batteries from this seller I'd recommend that they junk their charger. Just don't expect original Dewalt bubble packs.The batteries put new life into my drill.
Owner's manual is a photocopy. Batteries and charger are sent loose.
I'm happy with both. Must be they buy them in bulk and bag them for resale.
No evidence they are reconditioned. The XRP batteries are much more powerful than the XR style, and seem a little heavier.
Seems like Dewalt has yet to make a charger line that doesn't have a recall.
